Preserve the historical Character of the original mill buildings
Remove asbestos and hazardous materials impacted by renovation
Devise remediation strategies that achieve cost-effective environmental compliance

Project Features

Demolition of three buildings; renovation of seven buildings
Removal of 23,000 linear feet of pipe insulation
Removal of 70,000 square feet of asbestos transite panels
Removal of 130,000 square feet of asbestos floor coverings
Removal of 470,000 square feet  of failed lead -based paint and paint debris
Removal of PCBs, oil, resins, clorinated solvents, heavy metals, and mercury

Pre-demolition/renovation hazardous materials survey
Risk assessment for adjacent workers; the public, and the environment
Project design, planning, and schedule development
Coordination with owner, architect, construction manager, and engineer
Negotiation with governing regulatory agencies and inspectors
Preparation of contract documents, including plans, specifications, and cost estimates
