This project involved the fit-out of leased space at the headquarters of Sabic Innovative Plastics. The project scope included total gut renovation of office and laboratory space in five buildings, and required coordination with the client, site owner, and multiple contractors, engineers, and consultants. Our services included a comprehensive pre-renovation hazardous materials assessment, design package and bid administration, and full-time construction monitoring during abatement activities to oversee removal activities and monitor air quality in occupied areas adjacent to the work.
